John Hulland Guitar | Bass | Uke
John Hulland is originally from MA where he grew up playing music since age 10. He has over 15 years of experience teaching privately and at music stores. John graduated with a recording arts degree from Full Sail in 2003.. He also has played in countless local and original bands most notably Tru Phonic which has toured the south east for the last 7 years.. John is passionate about teaching and spreading the joy music through the Groove Shack

Hi! My name is Nilah, I’m 18 years old and have been deeply involved in music for as long as I can remember. Music has been a part of my life since early childhood—my mom and I would often sing and play guitar together, which sparked my love for the art form.
When I began first grade, I started taking piano lessons, and I’ve now been playing for over 12 years. Throughout that time, I’ve also been involved in a variety of bands. My first band was formed through The Groove Shack! It was such a wonderful experience and I learned so much. I’ve continued to pursue the band life ever since.
I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with others. The world needs more music along with the joy and power it brings.
